Products and Services for Client Hospitals

Patient Television Rental Services:  We provide hospital grade television equipment that meets all Canadian Healthcare standards in addition to CSA and CUL approvals, and invest, operate and maintain the closed-circuit television network in our client hospitals.  Depending on the unique requirements of the healthcare facility, we will work with the hospital for concession, leased or managed service agreements to provide television rental services to patients. 

Patient Telephone Rental Services:  We also provide patient telephone rental services, freeing up hospital staff resources who might otherwise be managing your own patient telephone system.  Hospitality Network assumes virtually all of the the responsiblity for administrative, bedside and technical services, and your Hospital staff can dedicate themselves to their primary responsibilities.

Preferred Accommodation Services:  Many of our client hospitals incorporate television and / or telephone services into their private and semi-private room services, encouraging patients to utilize their secondary health insurance coverage to pay for private or semi-private rooms, and generating additional revenue for the Hospital.  Hospitality Network partners with our participating client hospitals to offer this level of service to patients, thereby allowing hospitals to tap into additional insurance revenue that might otherwise be missed at admitting.

Operator Services:  Through partnership relationships, Hospitality Network also offers Operator Services for patients and their visitors, easily enabling long distance calls through operator assisted calls (long distance calls that begin with 0; calling cards, collect, credit cards, third party, person-to-person) completed by a live operator or an automated service.  In addition to providing a valuable service for patients and visitors, hospitals receive a portion of the revenue collected from all billable operator assisted calls.

Automated Rental Services:  

With Hospitality Network, we also offer the ability to provide patient rental services 24x7 in an automated environment.  This enables our client hospitals to access the latest healthcare TV and telephone based technology as it evolves without concerning themselves with technological obsolescence or capital costs.
